Change Default Project

When a user opens up project client, the project "Project1" opens
automatically. I have it set so that it opens with one of my custom views. I
also want it to open as one of my project enterprise templates that already
includes high level tasks. Is there anyway to make this happen?

Try this and see if it works for you:

1. Launch Microsoft Project Professional and log into Project Server
2. Click Tools - Options and select the General tab
3. Select the "Open last file on startup" option and click OK
4. Click File - New
5. Click the "On my computer" option in the sidepane on the left
6. In the Templates dialog, select the Enterprise Templates tab
7. Select the enterprise template you want to open automatically and click
OK
8. Close Microsoft Project Professional and do not save changes to the open
template
9. Launch Microsoft Project Professional and log into Project Server

The system should open the desired template file for you automatically.
