Hi,
I've posted this before and I got a response that didn't help me. Here it
goes again:
I'd like to change the default save paths for Office programs (Word, Excel,
etc.) thru Group Policy and I know it can be done. I'm just having a little
trouble finding out how. I've downloaded the Office Templates and I've
imported those into Group Policy. I've looked thru all the options but I
don't see a place where you can change the default save path.
i.e. (I want users to be directed to drive H: for example when they go to
File, Save)
Here's some links I've found:
http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/ork2003/HA011402401033.aspx
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?SCID=kb;en-us;826170
Please don't point me to links on how to change the default save path by
opening Microsoft Word, Excel, etc. I need to do this via Group Policy.
Also, don't point me to Folder redirection because that won't work for me
either.
