Change default sensitivity settings

Hi,

Does anyone know if it's possible to change the default sensitivity
settings in Outlook/Exchange(2003)?

I.e. replace 'private', 'confidential', 'personal' etc with custom
levels such as 'internal', 'public' etc.´
