Change default speech engine in XP

I have two voice engines installed - TruVoice and Microsoft Speech
Synthesis. I can test each of the various voices in each engine, but
when trying to select a default engine / voice I only have the MS engine
/ voices to choose from. Any ideas how to get the TruVoice engine /
voices as selectable options?
