Change default stationery for new pages in all folders in all sections

I have ON stationery which I want to be applied to every new page in every
folder in every section at all times.
i.e. I don't want to merely set default stationery for a section - that's
easily set.

1) Where in my Windows folder structure do I find the Blank stationery file
(is it called blank.one?) to replace it with my customised one so that ON
uses my customised Stationery as the default for a new blank page in every
section every time it launches?

2) If I want to apply this to all installations of ON on all PC's on a LAN,
do I have to replace the default .one file locally on every PC?

See if FAQ 6.12 helps you at all. (http://www.factplace.com/onenotefaq.htm)

Thanks Ben. That seems to talk about deleting custom stationery.

I want to replace the default blank page with custom stationery but I cannot
find the default blank page file.

I thought it may be a file under

C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Templates\1033\ONENOTE\Stationery

but BLANK.ONE found there doesn't seem to be the right file.

John and Ben:

I too am having this problem and can't belive you can't just simply select
one of the stationery items and say - "default" like a default printer or a
default font.

How can we make some headway here. I have searched MSoft, other threads, and
haven't found anything yet.

Thanks

My memory tells me that Irina Yatsenko of Microsoft's ON team mentioned a
"brute force" solution several months ago on this forum but I cannot find
that post/thread again.
