change default subject format when replying

Hi to all,
is it possibile to change the default subject format when replying?

If I receive a message with the subject: "buy a new car" I'd like to
have the subject changed to "Re: buy a new car" when replying to it
(now I have "R: buy a new car" in Outlook in italian).
