change default when using "send to" function from explorer to Outl

Hi - when i am in a word or excel document and i want to send it as an
attachment to somebody and my outlook is open, i go to 'file' then 'send as'
and then 'attachment' - my computer opens explorer and gives me the login
page for a yahoo email account, instead of my outlook account. also, when i
click on a link from a website to send an email directly from that site, i
get the same yahoo starting point, instead of my outlook account.

can somebody walk me through how to change this default so that when i use
'send to' or click on an email address on the internet that the default is my
outlook account?
