Change drawing color in Word

M

Maurice IRL

I want to change the color (for printing on an office colour laser printer)
of a line drawing in MS Word document. The file is in .bmp format, cropped
from a larger .jpg file, which has text as well as the drawing. How do I
'apply' a new colour to the drawing, please?

Sadly, you can't. You will have to go back to the original application that
was used to create the diagram and alter the colours there. (Unless of course
the lines are only a few and you could consider literally drawing over them
with the Word tools then grouping the bmp and your new Word graphic)
