Change drop shadow color in master autolayout boxes

I'm creating a new template. I've edited the color scheme so that drop
shadows are black. I've applied it. But when I look at the drop shadows for
text in my headline and bullets in my autolayout boxes, it remains a gray
drop shadow. Am I tinkering with the wrong setting? Where do I change the
default drop shadow for headlines and bullets in my master autolayout boxes?

The drop shadow in the color scheme is for things you draw (e.g. autoshapes
and boxes)

The text shadow is decided by powerpoint based on the brightness of the
background color.

The two shadows are often confused. A piece of text can have both a "text
shadow" and an "object shadow"
