Hi,
I would like to be able to record different infomation in BCM for example;
sales person name, industry segment, call cycle (sales person should visit
this client in the 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th week of the month), call rate (sales
person should visit this client every x weeks). Being able to edit or change
the forms for Accounts and Contacts would enable this.
