While customizing flag labels in Outlook 2003, a table of images is available
making one believe you have an option to change the flag to an imagine or
icon (i.e. a smiley face, hour glass, question mark, etc.). An icon would
certainly be more meaningful than a red flag, blue flag, etc. I have taken
the steps to create a toolbar, selected ACTIONS, selected FLAGS, pulled them
into the TOOLBAR, given it a new LABEL, but when I select one of my new icons
to post to an email the default flag appears. Please tell me there's a
solution because I think it's an awesome idea.
