Change flowchart shape in Visio

Is there an easy way to change a flowchart shape in Visio. Ex. I need to
change a process shape to a document shape. I could delete it and then make
a new one and then retype the text, but it seems like there should be an
easier way.

There's not an easy way to change the shapes already in your drawing.
However, there is a shape that is capable of showing 4 different flowchart
symbols. Look for the Flowchart Shapes master toward the end of the Basic
Flowchart Shapes stencil.
