Change Font Colour according to value

I have a report which outputs a series of numerical values, and I would like
to highlight certain values by changing the font colour for such values.

Is this possible?

Yes, use the built-in "conditional formatting".

While in design view, highlight the control and select "Conditional
Formatting..." from the "Format" menu.
