Change Font for Office Notifications?

Y

Youthherder

I love Entourage and manage my life by setting alarms on tasks,
calendar events, etc. My problem is this: The font that the "Office
Notifications" displays in is too small for me to read. I have gone
through and adjusted all of the possible font preferences that I can
find in the Entourage Preferences, but none of them affected the
Office Notifications.

Is there any way to adjust that font size without changing the screen
resolution on my PowerBook? I like the 1440 x 960 setting for
everything else but this....

Thanks,
Kevin

No, but that's a good suggestion. Send feedback to Microsoft under Help in
the menu bar.

I just recently helped a user that has problems with the subject field being
too small to read. There are a few things I can suggest that will help.

1. Service called LargeType (currently does not work on Intel)

2. Third party software iPiece. iPiece will show a magnifier window right
next to your cursor. Whenever you want to see things closer, press its hot
key, or double-click the eyeglasses icon in the menu bar and iPiece¹s
magnifier will appear. When you¹re done with the magnifier, double-click the
icon again and it will disappear until you want it back. You can also
activate with hot key shift-control-z. A single user license costs $9.95
USD.

3. Read this article

Not sure if its just for notebooks or not.

4. There is something similar you can do with System Preferences. See Zoom
settings in Universal Access. It does the entire screen though, but you can
toggle this with modifier keys.
