change from all caps to lowercase?

In Word - CTRL+A to select all text, click the "Format" menu, select "Change
Case...", choose "Lowercase".

Select the text and then use Format > Change Case or the shortcut Shift+F3.

In Word, select the text, then click on Format | Change Case | Lowercase.
