Change "FROM" field in email merge through Word

I am using Word to create an email merge, but need to change the "From"
field. I am able to change it in Outlook, but not before sending a mail
merge. I need to use an account NOT registered with Outlook on this computer.

If the account is not available in Outlook, you will not be able to use it
for your merge!
