Change headings in Insert Item - Outlook 2007

Can someone help me in determining how to change the insert item fields. I
currently have an archive directory for sent e-mail and when I try to attach
archived e-mails from this directory I cannot see the sent to field. All that
is available to me is the received by field.

Thank you in advance for all your help.

Do you mean the information displayed in the folder view? Just right-click
the column header of the folder, choose Field Chooser, and drag any field
you want to see onto the column header.

Change the View to Sent To instead of Messages.

Change the View to Sent To instead of Messages.

No, you haven't addressed the question. I am having the same problem using Outlook 2010.

Suppose I want to insert all items sent to "John Smith" in the last week. When I click on "Insert Item", I only see who the sender is. I can't see who the items have been sent to. Thus, it's impossible to determine which items are the ones sent to "John Smith".
