Change interactive button colors?

The interactive button color choices don't go with the theme of my website.
I like the interactive buttons over a hover button, but would wnat them in
different colors. Is there any way to change the colors or are there any
other free interactive buttons?

Would if I knew how. Is it something that can be done in Photoshop? I don't
have any other graphics programs.
