Change keyboard shortcuts for tags?

I would like to change some of the tag keyboard shortcuts to my custom tags.
I can't seem to find a way to do this. Is there a way?

In the "Customize My Tags" Task Pane, you should be able to select a Tag,
then use the Up and Down buttons to move it up the list. Any Tag in the
first 9 positions will get Ctrl-0 through Ctrl-9 as its keyboard shortcut.

Thank you!I knew there had to be a way to do it, but I could not find
documentation on it.
