Change label column

Hello...
usually we use the numbers for files and letters for
column.....example a:1
how can I change the column to use numbers for columns and
files....
example. 1:1 or 2:30.....
I hope that explacation was clear.....

Go into Tools>Options, and on the General tab, check the R1C1 reference
style box.
