Change language from Norwegian to English

I got a new PC for home use from my employer, I also got a CD/DVD pack with
Office 2007 and Vista.

After installing I have only Norwegian in the user interface of the Office
products. I would like to have English as that is what I'm used to from work
and my other PC's.

I have tried to do as described in "Change the language of the user
interface or Help"
(http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/help/HA100910041033.aspx#2), but my
problem is that I can't see "Display Language" tab. This webpage is very
helpful and tells me that I will need to obtain and install a language pack.
So far so good, the problem is that I'm not able to find, download and buy a
English language pack. I can find 37 other languages, but not English.
According to the doc I find on Microsoft.com it should be included in my
Norwegian edition of Office 2007.

Questions:
1. Have I understood correctly that English should be part of a Norwegian
office 2007 installation?

2. Is it possible that the CD/DVD I got with Office 2007 is a special
version without English?

3. Anybody that have an idea how I can get support for English? (Where to
buy, Do I have to buy a full new version, Can it be fixed with the office I
have).
