I want to do a spelling check in Dutch on my outgoing emails in Outlook. When
i go to tools, options, spelling, I dont have the option to put it on Dutch
(only english, french, hebrew and spanish). How can I add Dutch to it so I
will be able to check my spelling in Outlook

What version of Office do you have?
What language of Office are you using (region of the disk).
You can either install it from the Dutch version of the disk or by obtaining
the Dutch Proofing Tools.

It's only on the Dutch disk. If you've got an older version of Office in
Dutch you can install the proofing tools from that version. See the link
provided in previous reply on how to obtain it.
