I am a user on a office 365 family account. When we set it up, I did so at the request of my domestic partner. Recently, Microsoft tried to charge the annual fee for the account and was unable to do so because the credit card had expired. We had support help us straighten that out. Now, I, as the non-manager am unable to access my account. Of course the automated system is unable to deal with this. My partner is sick of this and disgusted. She wants me to take over as manager. How do I do this.
