Change Master Page Location?

Hello

I want to set all web pages alignment as Central. I think I need to chenge
the master page location as central or manualy at center of page. But I can't
find how can I do this, If you can handle this problem, let me know.

In Publisher do not use a Master Page if you're designing a website.
You can't center webpages with Pub 2007 (same for 2003 I believe).

Rob--Is there no way to do this? Why can't the entire page be put into an
enclusure, then have that centered?
