Change menu's text from vba

I would like to change the text of menu item from VBA. For example, depending on what user is doing, I want to change the text of menu item from "Exit" to "Quit" (just example). How to do that

Actually, Ms Access doesn't know both "CommandBar" and "CommandBarControl". Which library I have to select in "References..."
