Change message separator on replies/forwards?

In Outlook 2000, I had settings so that when replying to a message, I would
automatically get:

-----Original Message-----
(and the message was included here)

In Outlook 2007, I get a horizontal line separator instead with no apparent
way to change it. I created a Signature including -----Original Message-----,
but then the horizontal line automatically appears under it.

I really miss the -----Original Message----- message separator.

Can anyone help?

Hi Lori,

I notice this ----Original Message---- separator shows up if I'm replying to
plain text messages. This may not be ideal, but if you want to read all your
incoming mail in plain text, you should be able to recover the message
separator. You can always change it back if you don't like it.
