change mht to jpeg

how do I change a mht to jpeg, in very simple terms, please.

I guess the easiest way would be do a screen capture with Print Screen or if you
have Vista, the Snipping Tool in the Accessories menu then do a save as.

Wow!! Thank you. That was so easy. I have Vista and tried for hours to do
this simple task. I knew it could be done, but I couldn't figure it out. I
didn't know the function of the snipping tool, so I never used it. You have
made my future computer use so much better.
