Change MS Excel Default Macro Security Setting

I have a test lab that I need to make sure the default
macro security setting is set to medium in Excel 2003. I
can do it easily for one user, but I want the change to
be implemented across all available user profiles that
log into the system. Is this possible, or do I instruct
the users how to do it themselves?

It's a registry key value. For my 2003 its

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\11.0\Excel\Security

How those are set along networks is beyond me, but it should be possible to
do.
