change my drag and drop default file name

Is it possible to change the format of the default file name for a .msg file,
so that while using the drag and drop, I can instead have the files be named
Date_Sender.msg instead. It sure would be nice to avoid all the duplicate
file names when trying to save out a discussion where all files have
identical Subject lines.... Thanks much
