Change news reader in outlook

Currently if I select news in outlook it opens windows mail and I can read
the news postings. I want to change this so it opens windows live mail. How
can I cange the reader that is opned when I selcet news?

Set up the reader in WLM make it the default and delete the one in WM that you have
set up.After click on IRE\Properties\Programs and make sure that WLM is selected as
newsreader
