Change Normal.dot, MS Office instructions are not valid. Help!

The Office instructions for 'Change the Normal templte' do not take me to the
nrmal.dot template. Specifically, in step1 there is no Template folder at
the end of the step 1 instruction.

Why are you trying to change normal.dot?

Version of Word and Operating System?
