Change number format if value is zero

My boss is very picky. We have a spreadsheet where he wants all number values
to have 1 decimal place, except in cases where the value is zero. Then he
wants it to be zero - no decimal places.

I guess I'm not good at functions - can someone tell me how to format the
cells so that if the answer is zero, I just get a 0?
