Hi,

i've a document including textfields. To make sure that the user type in the
right fond - a macro runs thrugh the document before printing. Sometimes the
doucment changes the fond in 1-3 textfield to the fond 'ms mincho'. The
macro can not change to fond back to arial. Why and what causes this
problem? The user can not force this problem.

This is a known issue when using Word form fields formatted with a
style.

The only workarounds are to use direct formatting or to apply the
style to the paragraph *before* inserting the form field.

It should suffice to format the font of the form field. A macro should not
be necessary. I have seen the MS Mincho problem before, but ISTR that
manually changing the font of the form field solved it.
