Change of license name automatically

HI all my MS office programs have changed its LICENSEE's name from my name to
the name I use in MS outlook mails. This is a short name and not my real
name. How did it happen on its own? Whenever I open a word doc the license
name is no more mine but a name which i use for my outlook mails. How do i
getit back to my name .

Check the name listed in Tools=>Options=>User Info
in Word.
