I am currently using Windows XP version 2002 and Microsoft Office 2000 Small
business. I have received advice from Microsoft that office 2000 although
still usable will no lomger be serviced and presumably upddated by them and
that I should update to 2007. I have looked at available products and and
find M/Office Basic 2007 or M/Office Home and Student 2007 are both
available. I have looked at a demo of both versions. As I am fairly close to
80yo I concider myself to be computer illiterate so will find both versions a
job to learn how to use but I will have a go. I would like to know the
easiest version to learn or there may be something better, as it will only be
used for my home use, ie Browsing internet, email, letters, games, etc just
the simple life. Can anyone advise. Derek
