Change order of Address Book

How can I put my address book into alphabetical order,
currently it is putting all new addresses in at the end of
the list.

In my Outlook XP, the address book is a small icon on the
menu bar. When you click on it, it opens and it defaults
to the Personal address book. You can change that to
Global or others.

Thanks. Have you checked in "Tools|Options", on the "Preferences" Tab, in
the "Contact Options"? Also check your settings in "Tools|E-mail Accounts",
"View or change existing directories or address books", select appropriate
address book, and then the "Change..." button. You can check the "Show
Names By" option.
