Change order of pages in Visio 2000 under program control

Hi all,
Does anyone know if it's possible to change the order of pages in a
Visio document within Visio 2000 under program control?
I know it can be done from within 2002 onwards by setting the
page.index property but this is read-only in 2000.

I don't remember them vivid about v2000.
There might have been a popup menu, when you right-click on the page tag.

doesn't work under program control though ...
