Change order of task filters in Outlook 2003

A couple of questions
- can I change the order of the task filters that display on the pulldown
menu in Outlook 2003?
- where can I find examples of using the advanced SQL tab in tasks for
displaying -- for example -- tasks that are not complete, due today or
earlier, have a priority OR have word X in the subject or word Y in the
subject.
