Change owner of project with SQL?

I know that is usually dangerous to make changes directly to tables
without going through the API, but is there a safe way to change the
owner of a project via SQL update statement (hoping that you only have
to change one value in one table) rather than changing the owner one
project at a time in PWA? Microsoft from time to has given me SQL
statements that serve a specific purpose. We have LOTS of reorgs and
I'm going to need a quick way to change project owners based on values
in 2 or custom fields.

Hi Andy
I dont believe that there is any supported way to update the owner via SQL
statements. My recommendation is to utilze the PSI.
