Change page color in one note

I can change the section color but I cannot find a way to change the page color

It's kinda strange. Is your version of OneNote 2003 SP1 ?

There isn't on mine

Sinclair is right; towards the bottom of the task pane is the Page Color
section. I suspect that you're not running SP1 -- I don't recall if the
original version had Page Color controls or not.

No, it is 2003 but the SP1 update needs to be installed. SP1 is on the rest
of the Office Suite and I don't know why it is not on One Note. I will try
to update and see if tha helps

This is a common misconception - OneNote is not part of the Office
Suite, it is a seperate product (at least in the current version).
Therefore, any updates to OneNote need to be downloaded installed
separately.

If you install from Office Update, OneNote will be detected and updated.
