I have a report that creates 2 sections for each customer. Section 1 is On
Order, section 2 is Invoiced. I total the two together and to get a subtotal
for each customer. I did this by sorting & grouping and I have a force new
page after each section.
My problem is that I want the page header for the customer subtotal to say:
"Subtotal for Customer ABC". I know how to program the variable info in the
page header, what I don't know how to do is tell Access when to format the
page htat way.
I'm quite sure I need an on Format event. When a footer prints is there a
value that is changed during the format step that I can reference in my
headre field?
Thanks in advance
