change pop server in word

WHEN I COMPOSE A LETTER IN WORD AND TRY TO EMAIL IT, IT FAILS. SAYS SOMETHING
ABOUT POP SERVER AND WHEN I LOOK AT THIS IT SHOWS AN OLD EMAIL ADDRESS! HOW
DO CHANGE THE ADDRESS IN WORD TO MY ADDRESS NOW?
