Change pref. so replies include attach, links

Is it possible to set preferences in outlook so that
replies will include full capabilities and contents of
the initial email? I want replies and auto replies
(including in the rules wizard templates) to include full
working links (currently shows extra hyperlinks) and
attachments.

Anybody know?
