Change print column width in Project?

In the Task Usage view of Project 2003 I have my column widths formatted so
that the numbers fit snugly, but when I try to print the view the columns
become inordinately wide, forcing a sheet that should easily fit within a
single sheet width to span several sheets.

How can I adjust the width of the columns to be PRINTED?

Sorry we haven't responded sooner.

When you say the printed columns "...become inordinately wide..." what
exactly do you see? Is the font larger or is there just a lot of blank
space in the wider columns?

On the surface I'd suspect a problem with your printer driver. Have you
tried different printers?
