Change project owner to unprivileged user

Hello,

is it possible to assign the project ownership of a project to a person
who has no rights to create new projects? Perhapst there is a way to
change the database data to permit this. Thank you.

When you click the pick list for the Owner field on the Project details page
in PWA, every user on the list has the New Project permission set to Allow.
If you set the New Project permission to Deny for anyone, he/she will no
longer appear on the list of possible project owners. Hope this helps.

Hallo,

i am aware that only users who have the "new project" permission are
shown in the "change owner" drop-down list. Assumed I am Administrator.
My question: Is there a way to show all users in the list even if they
don't have the right to create projects?

No. The New Project permission is what makes them appear on the list.
