Change properties for multiple hyperlinks

I am working with a page that has about 100 hyperlinks on it. The links were
originally set up to open in the parent page, but now I need to change them
to open in a new window. Is there any way to change the target for all of
the hyperlinks at once, rather than having to change the properties for each
individual hyperlink? Please say yes!!

It's an Intranet page, so I can't provide a link... but the good news is, I
think I've solved my own problem! I just did a search and replace to change
all the links to
<a target="_blank" href="XXXX.doc">

Okay, I say yes!! Open the page in Code View, then use Find and Replace
to remove the code.
