Change Proposal Owner

(Project 2007) Hi everyone!

When I try to change the Plan Owner for a proposal or activity I get the
message:
"Failed to enable constraints. One or more rows contain values violating
non-null, unique, or foreign-key constraints."

WHEN does this happen? This happens only when the new owner is a Team
Member, BUT I gave them the right permissions, IN FACT if a crate a NEW
proposal and the owner is a Team Member I don't have any problems, I can save
it correctly.

Why is this happening? Thanks for your help.

Sounds like a Server problem - try posting on the
microsoft.public.project.server newsgroup. Please see FAQ Item: 24. Project
