I am in office access update queries and I have a qustion ;
Create an update query on the sample customers table so that all sales
representative are changed to sales reps.

In the query view, right click in upper pane, show table, add the relevent
table. Select the field from table and drag to Field: in lower pain, or use
the drop down selector.
Add whatever to 'Update To:'
run query.
However if the field you wish to update contains variable data, and you wish
to update only specific data, you need first to create a query, to access
the specific data, then run update on resulting query output
