Change RGB colour shading toolbar

Hi, I need to set up a new colour toolbar showing different RGB values than
the ones currently shown on the Format, borders & shading colour toolbar - do
you know how I can do this without having to manually custom the RGB values
each time, im using word 2003 but I also need to do this in excel
