Change Server settings on 11,000 clients

I need to change the mail server settings on 11,000 email clients, is there
an easy way to do this? The clients are outlook and outlook express that
pop.

For Outlook; use the Office Resource Kit here you can create prf-files in
the Custom Installation Wizard that can configure Microsoft Office Outlook
For Outlook Express; not sure but I believe you can achieve something with
the IEAK. Better ask in a Outlook Express forum for this
